•We mainly use DHL or UPS as our courier company. The shipping time varies from domestic 2-3 days to international 5-8 days.

•We offer a 14 days money back guarantee from the day you have received the instrument. If you for some reason are not satisfied with the product, email to us arttu@woodoguitars.se and we’ll book a retour transport for the product. The customer pays the return shipping. When we have verified the condition of the product, we’ll refund your purchase.
WARRANTY
•Woodo Guitars comes with 1 years warranty. The 1 year warranty covers constructions flaws and electrical defects. The warranty don’t cover the normal aging or wear of an instrument or if the instument has been modified by the customer.
